Congratulations to the Shooting Stars who won all of their rounds!
As you all know, the weather in Kansas keeps us on our toes! We will be going outside for lunch recess unless it is too cold or rainy. Please make sure your child is dressed appropriately for the weather and has warm gloves and/or mittens, hats, and anything else that keeps them warm when the weather is cool! We also encourage students to bring a sweater to wear in class when they get cold!
Professor Herbert and his zany sidekick, Professor Einswine, are back every Wednesday at 5 p.m. students in grades 3 – 5 can watch 30 minutes of math and problem-solving fun on Cox Cable Channel 20 and AT&T U-Verse Channel 99.
Each month Hyde classes compete to see who can collect the most Box Tops and Labels for Education. The class that collects the most Box Tops wins the Golden Clippers. For the first time in Hyde history we have two classes that brought in the same number of Box Tops for the month of September. Mrs. Ropar's class and Mrs. Stuart's class each collected 409 Box Tops. Congratulations!
